Helping people prepare to care
- and be cared for -
with heart and honesty.
Cheryl’s Story
Hi, I’m Cheryl Rothbart.
I’ve spent much of my life in healthcare and caregiving—sometimes professionally, sometimes personally, always with heart. I know firsthand that caregiving can feel overwhelming, confusing, and even a little scary—but it doesn’t have to be.
Through Caregiving Partners, I help individuals and families prepare for caregiving and being cared for. Think of it like putting together a puzzle: we help you find the missing pieces so the journey feels a little smoother, a little lighter, and a lot less lonely. Whether you’re actively caring for someone, planning ahead, or haven’t even thought about it yet, I’m here to guide you with practical tools, honest insights, and just enough humor to keep your sanity intact.
I’m also working toward certification as a grief counselor, so I can support families through the hardest seasons of life. My goal is simple: to help you navigate caregiving with confidence, compassion, and a sense of calm—while reminding you that you’re not alone.
