Finding Hope Along the Journey
Grief Before, During and After Loss
There Are No Scheduled Events At This Time
Grief can begin long before a death, with the first symptoms, a diagnosis, changing abilities, or the loss of familiar roles, routines, and future plans.
This presentation offers a compassionate overview of grief from diagnosis and anticipatory grief through caregiving, end-of-life, and bereavement.
Together, we’ll explore:
The Emotional, Physical, Mental, And Social Ways Grief May Appear
Consider The Five Stages As A Flexible Framework Rather Than A Timeline
Discuss Why Grief Has No Set Schedule
Participants will gain greater understanding of their own experiences and learn when additional support may be helpful. Most importantly, we’ll reflect on how preparation, compassion, and connection can help us meet loss with less fear and greater understanding.

What People Are Saying About Our Past Events
The session on Thursday is just What I needed. I’ve begun researching meals, cooked ahead for this week, ordered a kit (diamond print I think it’s called). The session helped give me an attitude adjustment and I’m doing much better.
~Vicky, Previous Workshop Attendee
“I also want to thank you for today. It was very informative. I am looking forward to more sessions.”
~ Maggie, VA
“Every detail was thoughtfully executed. We're thrilled with the outcome.”
